Acceptable Use Policy
These rules keep Curato safe and lawful. Breaking them may lead to suspension or termination.

1. Prohibited: impersonation and misinformation
- Impersonating real publications, real journalists, real people or real organisations, or using a false byline or masthead to look like them.
- Creating or spreading misinformation or disinformation, hoaxes, or fabricated "news" presented as fact.
- Election manipulation, voter suppression or false claims about voting.
- Defamation, harassment, threats, hate speech or content that incites violence.
2. Prohibited: rights and safety
- Uploading material you do not have the rights to, or asking the tool to rewrite others' work to disguise its origin (plagiarism or "spinning").
- Infringing intellectual property, trademarks or third-party brands.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children.
- Doxxing or publishing others' private information without a lawful basis.
- Malware, phishing, fraud, or content promoting illegal goods or activities.
3. Prohibited: platform abuse
- Attempting to bypass usage limits, security or authentication.
- Reselling or sublicensing the service without permission.
- Automated scraping or overloading the service.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the material you provide and everything you publish. Always verify generated drafts before release (see the AI Disclaimer) and comply with the laws that apply to you.
5. Enforcement and reporting
We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that breach this policy, and report unlawful activity where required. To report a violation, email support@uchoosethe.shop. Governing law: England and Wales.
