Does Curato write from live news?

No. Curato only drafts from the material you paste or type. It never scrapes live news sources and never publishes on your behalf — you export the issue and publish it yourself.

Are the issues ready to publish as-is?

Treat every issue as a draft. Curato can produce inaccurate or outdated details, so verify facts and sources before publishing. See the AI Disclaimer for the full boundary.

How do the image assets and teaser reel work?

From a draft you can generate five coordinated image assets (cover, divider, quote card, data graphic, masthead) and render a short vertical teaser reel, all downloadable from the studio.

How do subscriptions and allowances work?

Plans are pure USD subscriptions with a monthly issue allowance that does not roll over. There are no credit packs or stored balances. Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Cancel from your account or by emailing support. Access continues to the end of the current billing period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

What happens to the material I paste?

Your inputs and generated results belong to you. We keep them only as long as needed to run the service and clear cached inputs by default within 30 days. See the Content License and Privacy Policy.
