Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for Curato subscriptions. All amounts are in USD.

1. Digital delivery only
Curato is a digital SaaS subscription. It delivers online access and downloadable files only — there are no physical goods and nothing is shipped, so no delivery, return or restocking terms apply. This policy covers subscription cancellations and refunds.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@uchoosethe.shop. When you cancel, your plan does not renew and your access — including your remaining issue allowance — continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
3. Refunds
Because Curato is a digital subscription, an unused allowance is not refundable once a billing period has started, and monthly allowances do not roll over. If your issue does not meet expectations, our first step is always to help you regenerate it at no extra cost.
4. When we do refund
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- A confirmed billing error on our side.
- A technical fault that prevented you from using a paid period and that we could not resolve.
- Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals. Partial refunds of an annual term are considered case by case and are not guaranteed unless required by law.
6. How to request
Email support@uchoosethe.shop with the email on your account and the charge date. We aim to respond within one business day. Governing law: England and Wales.
