1. You own your inputs
The material you paste or upload — your notes, sources, drafts and brand assets — remains yours. You represent that you have the rights to use it and to have it processed by Curato.
2. You own your outputs
As between you and UCHOOSETHENEWS LIMITED, you own the issues, image assets and teaser reels you generate with Curato, subject to your compliance with these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You are free to publish, adapt and sell your finished issues.
3. The limited licence you grant us
To run the service, you grant UCHOOSETHENEWS LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store and display your inputs and outputs solely to provide Curato to you — for example, generating a draft, rendering assets and letting you export them. This licence ends when we delete the content. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it or publish it on your behalf.
4. Caching and deletion
Cached inputs and generated results are cleared by default within 30 days unless you save them to your account or the law requires longer retention. You can request deletion at any time via support@uchoosethe.shop.
